Looking forward to presenting our City Concierge and Tour Trails apps this evening at an event organised by the Bath Federation of Small Businesses. The event will present research undertaken by Business students at Bath College, working in partnership with the Bath Branch of The Federation of Small Businesses, into the issues and challenges for local businesses on the high street. Students will present their overall findings to the audience along with a variety of local independent traders will present their specific issues.  Key business leaders in the area and key stakeholders, including representatives from BANES Council and many others will be attending to hear about the problems faced by retailers in the city and outer lying areas. I will outline how beacon networks, our City Concierge and Tour Trails apps can help promote local businesses, encourage visits around all parts of the town and provide useful footfall analytics.
